Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 50%Sativa 50%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Happy Peaks

This is a nice cross of a clone only version of Happy Brother that was crossed to a male Twin Peaks. There is a bit of variation in this cross, so flowering time is dependent on pheno and on personal preference on how the smoke should be. Cross: happy brother ( clone only ) x twin peaks Indica/sativa ratio: 60/40 Flowering time: 63-80 days Smell: Like fresh green apples, sour, with mix of garlic and skunk. Very orignal terpene profile Taste: more skunky with green apple after taste
