Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Stout frame with plenty of horizontal branching with medium dense flowers that stack well. Mostly deep hash, skunk and a bit of chemical cleaner on the nose with the occasional sour fruit.
