Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Heri Berry

This cross has a lot going for it and is currently one of my personal favourites. The buds are quite potent, big and have great bag appeal. Colors ranging from yellow through blue/purple to deep red and even blacks are found as harvest time approaches. Colors develop naturally without the need for cold temperatures. Most of the plants will have an intense fruit aroma but there are a few funk/dank smelling ones to be found as well. Super easy to grow and clone. GEnetics: Blueberry (F) X Herijuanna F19 (M) Harvest: Indoor (60 Days)
