Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 50%Sativa 50%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Island Treatz
Island Treatz is a cross of Runtz x (Maui Waui x Cherry Pie). The runtz came from a selected pheno form a hunt of the runtz s1 from elev8. Runtz, though terpy and beautiful lacked majorly in yield and vigorous growth traits. A solid male was found while hunting Maui Waui x Cherry pie from Surfr seeds. Woses pollinated the selected runtz pheno with the selected male Maui waui x cherry pie to create the island treatz. Island treatz is a vigorous strain that produces calyxy, beautiful, frost covered nugs. Its yields can be quite good depending on training/growing method. Strong earthy notes with sweet, rancid nose will have you stinking the whole neighborhood up. Though island treatz was only originally released in regular seed form it is also available in feminized s1’s after Woses island treatz #9 cut
