Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Jingle Truck Driver
Brainchild of Chief BigTree. This unique cultivar was the result of using hand obtained genetics obtained personally in the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan. After running more than 200 plants over the course of 5 years and once all testing was done Chief chose her aptly named Afghani Cheska cut as the donor for the JTD project.
