Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). A slightly indica dominant hybrid, small, compact, columnar, fast maturng, and very easy to grow, making it ideal for newcomers. It offers an intriguing range of mentholated, citrus, fruity, and blonde hash-like terpenes with an incense touch. Many plants mature with bluish and reddish hues when exposed to cold during flowering.
