Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Kaori

Kaori is a cross between a Panama Haze Female from Ace Seeds with a Zkittle reverted female from the forum. At the moment it is available in the open pollination F2 version. Two main phenotypes. The first dominant is bright green, classic old school haze with notes of ripe fruit, almost Afghani scents. Second phenotype is purple, probably a recessive gene, flavor of grapes, thyme. The structure of both is the classic sativa with long internodes, thin leaves with large elongated calyxes.. 12 weeks of flowering indoors, early November outdoors. Excellent resistance to mold and botrytis. Medium-high fertilization during flowering
