When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Kong's Krush is an Indica dominant hybrid that produces fairly compact plants that grow vigorously, developing long branches that reach the main tip. It acquires a bush shape and adapts well to SCROG cultivation thanks to this branchy structure. Kong's Krush flowering is completed in about 55-60 days indoors. Kong's Krush produces an average harvest but is offset by its high quality, with fleshy calyx flowers covered with trichomes for an excellent bag appeal. Its aromas and flavours combine banana and cinnamon notes on a spicy, musky Old School background inherited from Big Bang.
