Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About LG Kush
Lake Grown Kush was Bred in the Midwest for Midwest climate. We took the most heat resistant and mold resistant strain of Caesar （triple og x GG4） and put them through the test. We went through a total of 50 females trying to find the perfect fit that was a mix of Michigan's favorite gg4 effects and profile while being resistant to Midwest's humidity swings and high heat during flowering season. We also kept in mind Midwest growers like high yielding plants. It took several attempts and years to find the perfect match that passed all stress testing while maintaining our quality measures. The female selected was almost white in color and smelled like chemical pinesol mixed with gassy og gas and ammonia. The male we chose we have worked with before was a cross of pink lemonaide and black bannana. This male always added yield and vigor to everything we hit with him. The offspring produced super vigorous short bushy resistant plants.
