Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About London Cheese 2.0

London Cheese 2.0 by LaMota Seeds is a cannabis strain with unmistakable tastes and aromas. In fact, she was named after the strong, piercing and unique scent reminiscent of cured cheese she gives off. One of the most popular strains on the British underground scene for decades, she’s thought to come from a phenotype of Sensi Seeds' Skunk #1, later renamed Cheese. Besides quick and fast, she’s incredibly productive in optimal conditions. Her thick, heavy and stinky buds pile up as if building towers, with thicker-than-usual calyxes and a striking orange colouring that becomes more intense as time goes by. London Cheese 2.0 is relatively easy to grow: she's not particularly nutrient-hungry and delivers excellent results even in the hands of inexperienced growers. Expect rather pest-resilient bountiful crops.
