Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 70%Sativa 30%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Lost Pearl
Lost Pearl, Silver Pearl IBL version
Green House Seeds has carried out a selection work using a seeds batch of the original Silver Pearl from the 90's, aiming to obtain the best of it and to develop an original variety. Certainly taking advantage of its long history and experience in the cannabis world. The selection was focused on phenotypes offering the most marked papaya aroma, and then followed with a backcrossing work in order to fix this sought-after trait as much as possible. The result is a 70/30 Indica Sativa plant, which shows a fairly compact development and limited stretch. These characteristics enable the plant to adapt easily to indoor marijuana cultivation. Lost Pearl produces plants that develop a dominant main cola, surrounded by numerous secondary branches. It offers a medium-high yield in about 7-8 weeks of flowering. Lost Pearl, fruity papaya-flavoured cannabis
Lost Pearl harvest, once dried and cured, provides fleshy flowers whitened by a thick resin layer that even floods the small leaves nearby. It is a very fine candidate for resin extractions. It delivers a flavour and aroma that combines sweet strawberry and papaya on a slightly earthy background. Lost Pea
