Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 50%Sativa 50%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Mad Hatter
[From our Blue Party Hat '24 Lineup] One of our favorite-to-run cuts from another breeder at the moment, the Capjunky was a clear candidate for crossing with the Blue Party hat. Look for the same frost as the bph but with a big boost to yield from the Capjunky mother. Expect a wider range of flowering times (60-70 days)
