Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Mama Cambodia
Cambodian landrace seed stock sourced in 2013.
Wild type NLD growth pattern, never really stops flowering, 25+ weeks indoors and outdoors harvested in Feb in Northern California. Amazing mold and mildew resistance, mites seem to like her but doesn’t slow her down too much, she kind of outgrows them. Clone was lost during 5th or so regeneration in Spring of 2021 and lives on in the Hi Tech backcross
