Marang

GASOLINE, TROPICAL FRUITS, FRESH MELON 8-10 WEEKS, F1 REGS Marang is a large fruit native to the Philippines. With a funky gasoline scent on the outside & a medley of tropical fruit flavors waiting inside.. it just fit. We got some peachy apricot, & honeydew melon. Sometimes the BOP profile would be in the front with more earthy OG behind it than BOP. The Gassy ones (our favorite) can be similar to solvents, more “clean fumes”.. still fruity yet with solvent gas in tow. Hard to explain but when you smell it, it hits. Selected Peach Maraschino (originally bred by Lovin’ In Her Eyes) after a trip to Denver for the Secret Stash. Nooch from Portal Provisions had a jar of Peach Maraschino that stood out as fruity yet unique. The gassy stone fruit mixture had me wanting more. We appreciate them passing the cut that was first hunted by Pharmer John. Test washes looking well above average ~4-6% depending on pheno, grams-per-square-meter numbers coming soon! Peach Maraschino, like BOP, grows big and fast producing large amounts of biomass. Greasy sometimes sticky resin that firms up when cold. Flower structure can be more standard chunky-cola with some outward growth; but a solid grouping had nubby protruding bracts with deep valleys, ideal for washing. Some are done in 8, most in 9, a few want 10 weeks. Both Marang & ZZ-BOP give different flavors than BOP F1, we held back the BOP repeats.
