Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

Next to the colourful foliage display, her fat lumpy buds will show u an array of purple and red tones near harvest. The fragrance she spreads ranges from spicy sweet to sour, not causing a great security concern during flowering. When grown, dried and cured properly, she will smoke soft with a rounded spicy, and sometimes slightly bitter tactile experience when smoked in a pipe. The high is deep and balanced when harvested medium/early, later harvest will send her down to a more couchlock stone reasonably quickly. Mata Hari is a robust culti
