Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Mendo Lights
Our classic Blue Lights has been a local favourite since we created her in 2001. We took our select female and crossed her with Apothecary's Mendo Diesel. We then inbred to F3 and then backcrossed to the Blue Lights parent. Sweet and strong smoke on medium-height plants. 60-65 days
