Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 70%Sativa 30%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Michigan Mints
Michigan Mints, a Kush Mints x Pure Michigan hybridMichigan Mints gets its name and power from its prestigious parentals. The Kush Mints strain is known for its fresh and minty taste, as well as its relaxing and euphoric effect. The Pure Michigan variety, on the other hand, is a diesel strain with intense aromas and formidable potency. Together, these genetics produce a balanced, vigorous and generous plant.
Michigan Mints is a hardy and easy-to-grow strain that is well suited to both indoor and outdoor cultivation. Its fast flowering cycle of 8-9 weeks allows for bumper harvests of up to 600g per m2 indoors and over 800g per plant outdoors. It presents a robust structure and excellent trichome development, making it ideal for resin production and extractions.
