When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Identical throughout their vegetative stage with the exception of the occurrence of axial leafettes in the phenotype employed in the making of Mickey Roonie. Where Breakfast at Tiffany's mother was truly a representation of the name, Mickey Roonie's mother was all gas and terpinol until late in flower when a slight hint of floral berry arrived. Mickey Roonie is a very squatty plant and will remain short even after flowering
