Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 30%Sativa 70%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Nepal Baba

A very exotic variety from the hills of Nepal. Double back crossed to Northern Lights, the original seeds were obtained from a Shiva Baba who smokes for spiritual enlightenment; the seeds were gifted to me by the holy man before my departure. Full of sweet spicy flavor, the Nepal Baba is a truly sublime variety. Flowering Time: Indoor 9 - 11 weeks Approx Yield: 50 - 80g per plant
