Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Nexus
A cross between a very citric Brazilian plant and a sativa from the blue family. Very dense resinous buds. It has the aroma of berries and earth. It has a typical Sativa effect, relaxing and creative. It does not grow well in high levels of humidity, but besides that it is easy to grow, both outdoors and indoors. A good plant for both, beginners and more experienced grwoers. Not suitable for Sea of Green. flowering time: 9 weeks
