Mauve Couture （Hyp3rids Cut） X Family Vault Purple F3 male STRAIN BACKGROUND Mother – MAUVE COUTURE （Violeta #7 X Sawā ’Negus’ F1 Male） You’re going to find some very interesting plants in this batch of seeds as the both parents have a lot of diversity to offer. Violeta is something we consider a very solid landrace hybrid. Ace have been working the Malawi for some time now, and the Pakistan Chitral Kush is their legendary elite 2002 purple pheno. Together, the F-1 hybrid has produced some amazing offspring which gave us plenty of scope to make our selection. Our Violeta mother had all the classic qualities of both parents and an amazing high to boot. The plant structure leans more towards the Malawi, but with ‘kushy’ rock hard buds. Every pheno but one produced amazing colours, so selecting for looks beams pretty easy. Violeta #7 became out top choice as it had all of the above, as well as a very smooth and relaxing, upbeat high. Paired with our amazing Sawā, Mauve Couture maintains an indica dominant structure, but has inherited more of a sativa type buzz, I personally love… Father – FAMILY VAULT PURPLE （Spyrock Blueberry x Garberville Purple Kush） The father of this cross is a legendary strain bred by OG Crazy Larry out of Mendocino’s Long Valley region. Family Vault Purple was released in limited fashion by Aficionado Seeds a few years ago, but still remains elusive. Its flowers go extremely deep red / purple and this carries through the whole plant, even down to the trichomes. Aroma’s go Blueberry / Grape, as does taste. It was obvious the FVP line had been worked a lot as consistency was evident in most phenos we grew out. So a simple reproduction ended up becoming our new endeavour, so we’re excited to make this strain available much sooner than expected.
