Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 30%Sativa 70%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Northern Flame

The Northern flame is still very Thai dominant in flavour, very fruity and peppery. Heavy cerebral high, very enjoyable flavor right down to the last puff. People definitely remember this strain when they taste it, they will be asking for it by name. It has strong and vigorous growth and is usually the last plants in the room to get a spider mite problem or any other bug problems. Hardy and dependable like all our genes. Flowering Time: 8-9 weeks Indoors; Oct.10-20. Outdoors Yield: Large
