Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 70%Sativa 30%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Orange Slurm
Is a cross between the original California Orange, which was obtained in San Diego in the mid 80s. The orange flavor was spectacular, but the high needed some improvement. So I crossed it to my Planet Express. Orange Slurm is an easy plant to grow. Strong orange aromas and flavors with some subtle hints of floral. Potent, with great yields. 54-60 days Genetic makeup is 65% Indica
