Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Papaya (legacy)
DISCLAIMER: This is the legacy version of Papaya ( Jack Herer x Skunk#1 ). Nirvana released around 2022 a new Papaya strain that has a different lineage and was only released as feminized seeds. Papaya is a fast growing, disease resistant, and usually early maturing strain. This heavy, greasy indica stays short and dense, making it very suitable for Sea of Green gardens. Papaya has an exotic tropical aroma that's also reminiscent of whiskey pipe tobacco. The buzz from our Papaya is relaxing, lethargic, and almost narcotic. Yield: 400 - 500 grams/m² (SoG)
