Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Persian Lime

The Northern Lights mother is a taller thin leafed pheno that produces some very sweet lemon tasting old school nugs that cure to a lemony/pineapple smell. Her high is slightly up compared to your typical couchlock indicas. The father is somewhat of an enigma, he was found in my F4 generation in a pheno i bred separate from the Pineapple line. In the F3 gen i found a plant that looked like the Pineapple but had absolutely zero odor but packed on about 1/3 more resin than all the others, she was named Secret Squirell. The offspring from this odorless plant turned out to be some of the stankiest C99 ive ever smelt and delivered a devastating blow unlike the typical Cindy. They all carried a skunky smell akin to old Skunk and Haze... one male was selected and and grown out. He was a tall very sativa dude with as much resin as polen. He was bred to my NL, Apollo-11 and Gorilla Grape mothers, then scrapped making these a very limited run avail only here. Yields well with ample vegtime Outdoor growers in wet/humid climates might not want to run her, the chance of mold in Cinderella lines are high in wet climate. Flowering Time: 52 -58 days Sex: Regular Environment: Indoor & Outdoor Genet
