While hunting through a selection of Mandala Seed's exceptional sativa dominant "Krystalica" （High Times Strain of the Year" 2011） we just happened to be growing a selection of our own Lucky OG Kush seed stock that produced a single interesting phenotype with intense resin production that smelled exactly, and we do mean exactly, like fresh ripe pineapple. As Krystalica was already impressing us with its massive colas of glistening trichomes and exotic pineapple-fruit salad aroma, this cross was beyond obvious. The resulting Pineapple Poundcake was so named for its sweet Hawaiian pineapple aroma combined with its mega-chunky yields that will please any serious cash cropper. Give her plenty of root space and rich organic soil and she will reward you with giant, dense buds that sparkle like diamonds. Carbon filtration will be absolutely necessary to cover the intense aroma of fresh juicy pineapple underscored with powerful OG funk. Easily the best smelling and tasting buds you will find anywhere, with an upbeat and cheerful high that medicates and elevates with zero paranoia or raciness even in large doses. Pineapple Poundcake oozes with resin from the earliest stages of flowering, and will pack layer upon layer of fresh sticky bracts into massive buds.
