Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 30%Sativa 70%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Pitfall

These have alot of citrus in the finish. Very strong smell during flower. Very high bract to leaf ratio, high pest resistance, very cold hardy. High yielding. With very little effort these grow into connoisseur class smoke across all platforms (flower, hash, pre roll, edible, or cons). Still alot of expression in the hybrid, but worth pursuing as a top shelf cultivar. They have all the colors that come with chitral kush. Keep an eye out for these, they are something special
