Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). Platinum Cake BX1 was made from the original Platinum Cake backcrossed with Wedding Cake. It's a great strain and one of my most potent strains I've bred to date. She grows tall with pinecone sized colas that look like they are covered in sugar. This cultivar will reach for the limit indoors as well as outdoor growing up to 6ft.tall and about just as wide. She is a heavy yielding strain that will blow your mind every time
