Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Power Haze XL
South African genetics. Created in The Netherlands, but originates from South Africa. Perfect flower-to-leaf ratio with hardly any leaves on its buds. Easy to trim. Can reach very high levels of THC with the plants absolutely covered in resin. Might stretch at first, making her a little more fragile in the first few weeks. Indoors flowering starts one week after turning back the light cycle to 12 hours. When pruned she will develop multiple compact buds. A soft lemon aroma and bittersweet taste.
