Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 70%Sativa 30%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Prairie Fire

Lineage: (F13 x Cinderella 99) x Sweet Pink Cheese (male) Flowering time: 7-8 weeks Yield: Medium to heavy Aroma/Flavour: soft rotten fruit, with antiseptic overtones, skunky pineapple This is another sativa dominate hybrid. Prairie Fire is a combination of three great sativa dom hybrids. The Sweet Pink Cheese improves flavour and yield. Electric type high, great for daytime. Very thought provoking. Personally, I enjoy listening to Art Bell's dark matter while blazing the Prairie Fire, or taking my dogs out for a walk. Most phenos yied well when grown in organic super soil
