MOTHER | – [Punto Rojo ‘Gold’ P3 X Punto Rojo P3] FATHER | Punto Rojo P1 ‘Kaiki’ X Punto Rojo P1 ‘Nachillo’ Punto Rojo – C line “Juicy Lucy” is a P3 landrace, created using P1 seeds collected by Kaiki (Charlie Garcia) and friends from Colombia in 2008. The P2 Punto Rojo used a P1 male by Nachillo, crossed to females selected by Kaiki. Punto Rojo #3 P3 “Juicy Lucy” the mother of the C line. She has the shortest flowering time, most compact growth and densest flowers. There are about 15 genotypes in that Colombian Landrace they flower in the range of 14 to 22 weeks to harvest. The C-line is the shorter flowering line with most phenos going 14 weeks in total. Punto Rojo from its origin near the equator will flower longer than Thai cultivars. In general if you see broad leaves there is probably some broad leaf influence in the pre 2008 Colombian ancestry.
