Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica 70%Sativa 30%
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Romulan x UBC Chemo
Mostly indica. This Chemo was developed at the U.B.C. decades ago and is still in its unique form. Characteristics such as: two or three branches growing together, woody stalk, smaller three-fingered leaves make it look bonsai-like in appearance. Very strong with a hashy taste. Bred for medical purposes. The longer you can flower it the better -- very dense, round golfball size nugs. Our most potent Romulan cross makes this the ideal hybrid for the medical grower who needs a heavy stone. Height: 4 feet.
Color: Dark green.
Flowering time: 9+ weeks.
Yield: 6 oz
Smell: Hashy
Taste: Hashy
Harvest outdoor Oct 21
