Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). This cross will be best served by multiple toppings and training as the stretch on this girl once flowering starts can be quite a bit. Some phenos will have 2.5x to 3x stretch, a trait of the male.
