The structure of Runtz N' Roses is wide open with great internode spacing, she's not leafy and has a stretch of 2-3 X depending on the phenotype and environment. You can top her once or twice to get more of a bushy structure for your Garden of Eden, but you can also just grow her without topping into a big fat Christmas tree.
