Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 100%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Rustam Kush

Rustam Kush is located in Samangan west of Balkh province, and is not a big hashish production area, but they make their own household needs and have a special NLD with a distinctive fruity and floral profile. The hash is energetic and uplifting, colours of the plant varies from purple to lime green, 2~3m plants with a lot of crystals and beautiful bud structures. One genepool definitely worth preserving for the future
