Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Skins Skunk
One of our close friends, know only as Skins, created the original Skins Skunk and our 8 Mile using Michigan Skunk as a starting point. He used a male skunk to pollinate a clone-only Afgoo that he acquired from Sonoma many years back. We have spent generations of selection and stabilization taking the regular seeds to F4. The end product is a good yielding high in THC that finishes in roughly 63 days. It has a hashy smell and taste with pungent backnotes. Genetic: Michigan Skunk x Afgooey
