Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About SoCal Kerosene
A true Sour Diesel line is somethign that I feel the seed community has been missing, especially in regular seed form. The only ECSD line I've seen that looks like ECSD are Dr GT's S1's. So this is our offering to you, a rebuilding of ECSD from all of its base components and combining that with ECSD to help lock in the trait we are all looking for. If you're not familiar with ECSD's genetic lineage, it's an Original Diesel aka Chemdog 1991 x DNL. So Starting with the base of AJ's ECSD Cut... and bringing in the D-DNL and the Original Diesel BX1 aka Chem191 BX1, what is happening is that it's going to be a basic open pool of all of the phenotypes that come from ECSD in a regular seed form. This also enables you to find a pure ECSD male that exopresses and breeds true for ECSD traits. This is definitely a passion project for myself and other breedrs to have the best breeding ECSD line. I encourage all breeders who end up with these to put them to the test.. This is for my boys on the east coast who have been trynig SO HARD to find that Sour. Flowering Time 10-11 Weeks
