When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Sour Dubb S2
I found 2 seeds in a quarter ounce of Sour Dubb from OG Medicinals in 2018. I popped one in 2020 for fun but didn't clone it. It turned out better than the flower it came from. I made sure to clone the second seed and like the first, it was equally as good, with a slightly more Bubblegum aroma. After multiple clone runs in different environmental conditions, it's been a strong, stable plant that hasn't shown hermaphroditic traits from stress
