Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Spliff Diesel
Sour Diesel was crossed with a Afghani Gold x Hawaiian clone to create the O. Diesel or NYC Diesel. We took that O. Diesel and were able to increase her yield and improve the fluffy budstructure, using our Northern Light Special. She is a tall stemmed plant with stretched, sugar-coated buds. The buds can still be a bit fluffy, but they are huge with very few leaves. Perfect for supercropping; forming four to five massive buds. Color is a healthy looking darkgreen with orange pistils. The plant might need some extra support not to succumb under the sheer weight of the nugs.She has a vigorous vegetative period. Put her under continous light in the vegetative period. Vegetative period should be no more than 2 to 3 weeks. Spliff Diesel has two distinct phenos; one is your typical Sativa structured plant. Long and narrow fingered leaves with long stretched buds. The other is a more Indica inclined strain. A shortstalked, bushy structured specimen with smaller and broader Indica leaves.
