When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About St Tropez Sour
Aficionado French breeders germinated a couple of years ago, all the Sour IBL seeds they had in stock. The aim was to select the best male specimen most similar in terms of cultivation and results obtained in order to develop a Sour Diesel hybrid with the desired properties. This variety requires a flowering period of about 10 weeks after the photoperiod change indoors. It is a tall and very vigorous plant, with a stretch of x2 during the first flowering weeks.
