Terpene profile most dominant first
Chemotype — the cannabinoid and terpene profile — is the signal that stays true to a cultivar’s genetics, which is why scientists classify cannabis by chemical profile (a “chemovar”) rather than by name (Hazekamp & Fischedick 2012). The dominant terpenes below are aggregated from community and lab reporting; aroma and effect associations are preliminary and not medical claims. Lab-verified COA profiles roll out as Areto’s data comes online.
Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Starfighter
Looks: Lots of amber and milky trichs. It has that saw dusted look to it. Another sample from this same shop that seems to be very, very dense. I’d say this would classify as caked up. To top it all off, dark red hairs crawl up the towering buds. The bag appeal is awesome. Smell: Oh, man. So unique, so strong. It’s like a 50/50 mix of like gummy bears berry funk and evergreen pine kush. So distinct. One you won’t forget. Oh ya. It’s loud. Taste: Just like the smell. Sometimes you get the lingering berry more, then other times the evergreen kush. Overall, a great taste. The cure and flush were surely adhered to. Buzz Type: The buzz sinks in, starting off with a strong head high and later melting into a fuzzy, lazy stone. A creative, lazy mindset takes over, making music great. Feels like a pretty even hybrid, possibly leaning slightly on the indica side. Either way, this stuff is strong and can lay you stranded on the couch. Overall: Lemon Alien Dawg x Tahoe Alien are the genetics on this one. This strain is awesome, and I’d love to try some other genetics from Alien! Top shelf stuff for sure. The smell was one of a kind, and the overall buzz and frost factor were far above my expec
