Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Sublimator
Sublimator, a high-yielding Indica/Sativa hybrid with heavy resin and terpene production, dedicated to Enrico Bouchard and Alan Jaremowich, creators of the Sublimator vaporiser. Known for its efficiency, versatility and the potency of the vapour it produces, the Sublimator deserved a variety worthy of its name: easy to grow in any type of conditions, rich in aromas and perfectly suited to make powerful and tasty resin extractions as well. To create this queen of cannabis concentrates, R-Kiem Seeds has crossed two champion lines in the field: a selection of the variety Sour Banana, and the famous Gorilla Glue #4. The resulting hybrid gives balanced 50/50 Sativa-Indica plants that easily adapt to growing indoors or outdoors, where its resin production will be equally impressive. During the flowering period, Sublimator grows with great vigour and has a stretching period of approximately 3 weeks at the start of flowering, we can harvest outdoor plants in mid-October, and after 9-weeks bloom indoors.
