Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Sugar Loaf
An F1 Hybrid of extraordinary vigor, large tricomes and dense, resinous buds. The mother, a beautiful indica whose seeds were brought back from Pakistan was crossed wih our favorite Capricho male (Capricho, a backcrossed Manali x Colombian). This indica / sativa combination with its high proportion of calix to leaves ratio and a potent psychoactive high is also a large producer whose branches need to be tied to avoid breakage. A wonderful, delightful treat that can be grown indoors and outdoors. Vegetable period 20/25 days. Indoor: 55-65 days
