Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide

Indica 50%Sativa 50%

Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The labels are so fluid that AK-47, a hybrid, won “Best Sativa” at the 1999 Cannabis Cup and “Best Indica” four years later. For an accurate, genetics-true picture, see the chemotype above.

About Supa Star

Supa Star was created by using MMS Star Pupil S1 (F) which was painted with the infamous Neytiri Lavander pheno male, hence the "Mary Katherine Gallagher pheno" was created by backcrossing the Supa Star F1 male. This F2 is very stable and produces lavender, and purple plants with pink hues. This is an easy strain for beginners and pro alike to grow. Yields are on the heavy side. 63 Days of flower
