When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Super AK
Super AK is a hybrid between AK 47, Californian Sativa and an Afghan. This variety develops vigorously, acquiring a classic hybrid structure with a Christmas tree appearance, with a medium internode distance and strong yet flexible branches. The plant acquires a fir tree shape. Its Afghan heritage makes it very resistant to plaques and also shortens its flowering, maturing in 58 days. The buds have a very intense lime green colour, which contrasts with the stigmas orange colour, acquiring an original and appetizing appearance. An ideal genetic variety for resin extractions, both BHO and Rosin. It produces a good return. An intense aroma especially when using fresh buds.
