When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). The Claw by Alphakronik Genes Seeds was bred and released as a special tribute to EDM producer/artist Alan “Claw” Letko, one half of the dubstep duo, Hulk. Alan passed away last year, but Alphakronik Genes has made sure his favorite medicine lives on. Being released one time as a one time offering, this old school flavored hybrid brings some of the best the Dutch breeding houses had to offer together with the raw power and unique flavors of new West Coast medical grade cannabis. The result is nothing less than superb from the medium sized structure and medium to large yields to the sweet, bubblegum and floral aroma and flavors that tease the grower’s senses.
