When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). 8-9 weeks flowering time 9lb Hammer by Jinxproof Genetics on its own is a hard nugged, ultra frosty grapey/limey og that grows big tall and fast. Absolute A1 strain - so it was a no brainer to cross it to our iced out male to hopefully tighten her stretch up just a tiny bit for a thicker stack and possibly a little bit of a yield increase with larger buds as well. Not to mention the addition of the complex aroma of The Cube and another layer of frost.... It was a no brainer!
