Indica / Sativa — retail shopping guide
Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). One of the hardest things about breeding is finding a really good male that passes on the traits desired and is capable of improving a on our already exceptional genetic lines. This is why you see Space Dude used in so many of our projects. Once a male is proven it's almost impossible as a breeder not to want to see the results using him to pollinate all the proven moms. This strain went on to satisfy all of our goals and has become one of our most popular strains being sold out more than it is in stock. The Vortex male passes on the following traits, increased potency, production of larger Trichome heads, and a pleasing rotten fruit taste with a intoxicating baby sick smell.
