Toad Venom is a distinctive hybrid renowned for its exceptionally loud terpene profile, striking resin production, and powerful overall character. The variety is associated with the Animal Face × Sin Mintz pairing, combining the fuel-forward intensity of Animal Face with the sweet, minty and confectionary qualities found in Sin Mintz.
Plants typically develop dense, resin-coated flowers with pronounced structure and strong visual appeal. The aroma can be intensely pungent, bringing together layers of sharp fuel, gas, earth and skunk, complemented by sweeter notes of mint, cream and candy. As the flowers mature, the profile can become particularly heavy and complex, with the gassy character remaining prominent beneath the sweeter terpene tones.
The celebrated “Becky” selection is especially associated with the Toad Venom name. This particular keeper was reportedly selected by Green Dragon from a hunt of approximately 30 seeds, and became the foundation for the Toad Venom line that subsequently gained recognition among connoisseurs.
