Indica, sativa and hybrid are a retail shopping convention — not a reliable guide to genetics or effects. When researchers analysed 89,923 commercial samples across six states, these labels did not predict a plant’s terpene or cannabinoid profile, and a genome-wide study found sativa- and indica-labelled plants to be genetically indistinct (PLOS ONE 2022; Nature Plants 2021). About Triple Sec
Lemon Tree is dominant in this cross. The majority of the testers grew short and stout due to the heavy indica from the Lemon Tree. Like most indica varieties this one didn’t drink as much. Most of the testers did much better drinking half as much as the other varieties. Terpenes ranged from orange candy to lemony kush.
